Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Valley Aesthetic, we are committed to providing every client with an exceptional, personalized experience. Our policies are designed to be fair to all clients and allow us to give each appointment the time and attention it deserves. We want you to feel confident and comfortable booking with us.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or to reschedule any appointment. This allows us to accommodate clients on our waitlist and run our schedule efficiently.

• Cancellations or reschedules with more than 24 hours' notice: no fee
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment: 50% of the scheduled service cost
• No-shows or same-day cancellations: 100% of the scheduled service cost

Deposits

Some services and consultations require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are credited toward the cost of the treatment received. If a client cancels with less than 24 hours' notice or does not show, the deposit is forfeited.

Refunds on Services

Aesthetic medical services are non-refundable once performed. We are unable to guarantee specific results, as outcomes vary based on individual factors. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a treatment, please contact us within 14 days of your appointment so we can discuss your concerns and determine the best path forward.

Pre-Paid Packages & Memberships

Treatment packages and memberships are non-refundable. Sessions are transferable to other services of equal or lesser value, subject to provider approval. Unused sessions do not expire for current members.

• Memberships may be paused for up to 60 days with written notice
• Membership cancellations require 30 days' written notice
• Pre-paid sessions remain available for use following a cancellation

Product Returns

Unopened, unused skincare products may be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and sanitation standards.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable for cash, and do not expire. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule it to respect the appointments of other clients. The full cost of the original appointment may still apply.

Right to Refuse Service

Valley Aesthetic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or threatens the safety of staff or other clients.
