At Valley Aesthetic, we strive to provide every client with exceptional care. The following policies help us maintain the quality of service that all of our clients deserve.
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or to reschedule any appointment. This allows us to accommodate clients on our waitlist and run our schedule efficiently.
Some services and consultations require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are credited toward the cost of the treatment received. If a client cancels with less than 24 hours' notice or does not show, the deposit is forfeited.
Aesthetic medical services are non-refundable once performed. We are unable to guarantee specific results, as outcomes vary based on individual factors. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a treatment, please contact us within 14 days of your appointment so we can discuss your concerns and determine the best path forward.
Treatment packages and memberships are non-refundable. Sessions are transferable to other services of equal or lesser value, subject to provider approval. Unused sessions do not expire for current members.
Unopened, unused skincare products may be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and sanitation standards.
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable for cash, and do not expire. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule it to respect the appointments of other clients. The full cost of the original appointment may still apply.
Valley Aesthetic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or threatens the safety of staff or other clients.
