During Treatment

The RF applicator is moved slowly across the treatment area, gradually warming the tissue to the precise therapeutic temperature. The sensation is consistently described as relaxing — similar to a hot stone massage. Your provider adjusts intensity to ensure your comfort while maximizing efficacy. Sessions take 30 minutes or less.

After Your Session

Mild flushing or warmth in the treated area typically resolves within 1–2 hours. Return to your normal activities immediately — there are no restrictions or recovery requirements.
