What to Expect

Before Your Session

Arrive with clean skin and no makeup. Avoid NSAIDs such as aspirin and ibuprofen for 5 days prior, as they can affect plasma quality. If receiving PRGF Microneedling, discontinue retinoid use 5 days before. Stay well hydrated — this improves blood draw quality and growth factor yield. Disclose all medications and health conditions during your consultation.

During Treatment

A small amount of blood is drawn and processed in the ENDORET® FDA-approved medical-grade centrifuge — the only device of its kind specifically designed for this system. The patented centrifugation isolates the purest growth-factor-rich plasma, completely free of inflammatory cells. Your provider then delivers either Liquid PRGF or Plasma Gel (or both) via microneedling or targeted injections. The full process takes 60–90 minutes.

After Your Session

Because PRGF excludes inflammatory cells, downtime is typically milder than standard PRP — mild redness and swelling for 24–48 hours. Avoid sun exposure, makeup, and active skincare for 24 hours. Apply SPF outdoors. Skip strenuous exercise for 24 hours. Results develop over 4–6 weeks and continue improving with each session in your series.
