Re-awaken skin from within. The #1 researched injectable biostimulator for face, hands, and décolleté — immediate volume plus lasting collagen.
The Science
RADIESSE® is an FDA-approved calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) dermal filler that works in two powerful ways at once. The moment it's injected, it provides immediate structural lift and volume. Over the weeks that follow, the CaHA microspheres activate your skin's own fibroblasts — stimulating real collagen and elastin production via a non-inflammatory pathway.
Unlike hyaluronic acid fillers that simply fill and dissolve, RADIESSE® actively improves your skin quality over time. Results continue to get better for weeks after treatment and can last up to 2 years — far longer than most HA fillers. It's available with lidocaine (RADIESSE®+) for a more comfortable experience.
The Hyperdilute technique — blending RADIESSE® with saline — allows it to be spread across broader areas for overall skin tightening, texture improvement, and laxity reduction in the face, neck, or chest.

Why Patients Choose It
Rapid weight loss — especially with GLP-1 treatments like semaglutide or tirzepatide — is an incredible achievement for your health. But it's very common for volume loss to show in your face as well, accelerating the appearance of aging: hollowing cheeks, deeper folds, sagging skin, and a tired appearance even when you feel your best.
As a regenerative biostimulator, RADIESSE® addresses exactly this. Rather than just replacing lost fat, it stimulates your skin's own collagen and elastin production — restoring structure and firmness naturally while your body transforms.
I love how natural-looking my results are.

Your Experience
Avoid blood-thinning medications (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E) for 5–7 days prior to minimize bruising. Refrain from alcohol 24 hours before. Arrive with clean skin free of makeup. Let your provider know about all medications and any history of cold sores.
A topical numbing cream is applied for comfort. Your provider uses a fine needle or cannula to deliver precise injections. The RADIESSE®+ formula contains built-in lidocaine, so discomfort diminishes quickly. Sessions are typically completed in 30–45 minutes.
Mild swelling, redness, and possible bruising lasting 3–7 days is normal. Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours and heat treatments for 48 hours. Results are visible immediately and continue improving over 8–12 weeks as collagen production increases.
