Avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil) for 5–7 days prior to reduce bruising risk. Refrain from alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment. Arrive with clean skin, and disclose all current medications and relevant medical history during your provider consultation.

During Treatment

Your provider administers a series of small, precise injections into the targeted muscle groups using a fine needle. Discomfort is minimal and topical numbing is available if desired. Your provider will ask you to make facial expressions to map injection sites for the most natural outcome. Most sessions are complete in under 20 minutes.

After Your Session

Return to normal activities right away — no downtime required. Avoid rubbing or applying pressure to treated areas for several hours.
